Burger King

We typically only go when my boys have been good as a treat. Went through the drive through and ordered two kids meals. When we were paying they told us that there were no toys. While I understand that toys are “while supplies lasts”. We have never been to one of these chain where a toy was not available. It may not have been the type advertised but they had some. My boys where very disappointed as their treat wasn’t what they expected. If Burger King cannot meet the expectations of its patroons that they themselves set, they should change them. Not the first time expectations have been not met at this particular location.

First time in a long while that I have done fast food from a chain. This was the BK in Brookfield, Ct. I placed my order went to the window, paid for my order, he gave me my drink, then stopped and waited for me to leave. When I didn't leave he asked why I was still there. I told him that the soda would go much better with the rest of my meal. Everyone has an off day. The meal was fine.

My bill was $6.43. I’m pretty sure that was with tax, double cheeseburger, fries and coke. At 1:00pm on Sunday 4/26/2021. I gave drive thru young kid.. $20.43. He gave me $12.00 back and it took him a very long time to get it to me .. I waited , he shut the window and stood there. Was I shorted $2.00? POSSIBLY. Tried to call phone for Burger King in Brookfield on Federal Rd but phone is not set up for messages. Wanted to speak to a manager.... but please beware!!!!
