Jersey Mike's Subs

I absolutely love Jersey Mike's! Always fresh and always delicious! Order a sandwich with meats you like and you will be highly satisfied with the flavor. Get your sandwich Mike's Way (lettuce, onions, tomatoes, red wine vinegar, olive oil blend and spices [oregano and salt]) and you will not be disappointed. Of course if you don't like a certain condiment just let them know. Join their rewards program and get rewarded with free sub's and on you birthday a free sub as well.

Great sandwiches! A little pricey but I’m willing to pay for a place that ACTUALLY tries to be gluten-free friendly. They use Udis bread which is also dairy free, as well as wiping down all surfaces that the other breads touch to keep contact down. Other than putting cheese on my sandwich when I told them not to (because i have a dairy allergy also) they have been great!

This is the last time I will go to this (Santa Rosa Rd) location. I can see why others have complained about this location being disorganized. Tonight my family ordered online and planned our evening accordingly. When we arrived to pick up our order an hour later...they said "we are out of bread and we will try to get you a refund tonight if we have time to call you". Ouch!

Staff always gives preference to walking in customer, they don’t pay attention to phone or online customer, phone and online customer don’t pay their bills? Way waiting to much time, this no happens first time but every time waiting for at least more than 15 minutes, think every customer has been serving in time

Tried to call outside so I could wait in my car for my order because I am with an individual who is immune compromised. They never picked up. Finally just walked in thinking maybe it's an old number or somthing. Called again while inside nope it rang the phone was right in front of the guy cutting the turkey the guy even said ugh this person again. I understand they are busy but maybe they should hire more staff. Also Gave me like 3 slices of bell peppers on a veggie sub. Kinda silly waste of time a money in my opinion. But w.e the girl dressing my sandwich was very sweet. They are located bear a senior living facility and should understand that most of the seniors have health concerns and should pick up the phone for phone orders.
