Just ordered a big box pizza with two pizzas, wings and bread sticks.... and had to send the delivery guy away because he brought us a mushroom and pepperoni pizza -.- for the same price $30+. Not ok, double check what you ordered. Pizza hut is being shady!

Got the stuffed crust. Asked for light sauce it definitely wasn’t light sauce but other than that it was okay.

The Stuffed Crust was a sad greasy droopy mess. The stuffed edge was good, but it appears in stuffing the edge they took the dough from the middle away to leave a thin weak droopy sad slice of greasy limpness.

The pizza was delivered an hour later than the indicated time. It took 2 hours to get delivered and it was not hot, barely warm. When calling the store directly to voice concerns, no one answered and it put you to a fax machine. Horrible service, delivery, and quality of food. Not anywhere near the cost of $40 for 2 medium pizzas! At this point, I would never order from them again.

I used to go to Pizza Hut as my favorite pizzeria. I went back to see if things have changed. Well, it was poor at best. The establishment was under staffed. As I walked in to pick up my order no one around. It made me uncomfortable as I thought maybe something was very wrong. An employee showed up at the front after 5minutes. This employee was by himself ! He apologized and stated that my order was still in the oven. 15minutes later he provided my order and apologized again. When I got home opened the box it looked liked a mess. The pizza was under cooked and cold. The only thing I can say is this was not the employee fault it falls on management. The pizza was fantastic. It was made just like I ordered it. I try and order extra cheese on my pizza but a lot of times it comes normal even though I paid the upcharge. This pizza was outstanding.

Provide the correct number of wings with sauce for the order. There was only 5 wings in my order and they did not have any buffalo sauce on them.

Pizza hut use to be my favorite but now that they charge a service fee, hell it co$t a small fortune. I really didn't like the new Sicilian style pizza. Bye bye pizza hut.
