If you’re looking for a function venue, I highly recommend Psychedeli. Kelly’s so easy to deal with, professional and friendly (so were the staff during the function), and responds promptly to questions. We had to reschedule our event due to COVID and was only charged a small amount for a last minute reschedule. The atrium was the perfect size for about 50 guests. We were able to setup a balloon decoration, photobooth and projector (provided by Psychedeli). We also had early access to the venue for setup ahead of the party.

Do not hold an event here. Kelly was a nightmare to deal with. Constantly changing policies and requirements everytime we made a request. They tried to make us pay the full bar tab in advance, however it made no sense to pay an on consumption tab in advance. When I asked how we would be reimbursed for whatever was not consumed she ignored my question. On the day we got there an hour before the event started and nothing was done. We were told to move all the furniture ourselves. So we physically had to move all the tables, chairs, bins, brochures etc in our event outfits. There were leaves all through the space and food stuck to the floor. Kelly did not arrive until 15 minutes before the event started. I had specifically paid for an additional staff member, which they did not provide. She was unprofessional the whole time, even at the end of the night when our event time ended, she did not come up to me a quietly say that we need to wrap up. Instead she stared at me from across the wrong and aggressively tapped at her watch.

Worst burger and chips I've ever experienced. Burger meat was deep fried or microwaved to hell and gave a hockey puck serious competition in both taste and texture. Chips were just mini sponges for hydrocarbons. Pretty sure this dish violated a number of Geneva Conventions. Definitely worth a try if you want to leave a scathing review.

The best coffee & food in Canberra! The staff are exceptionally friendly and the interior is suave. If you're in central Canberra looking for a casual place for a cup of coffee & a bit to eat, this is it! Going by their cafe and the staff therein I can only assume their catering service is fantastic too. Thanks guys n gals!

I don't understand how one of the happiest times in a couples life can be put through as many issues as we have. I made my original enquiry through Kelly the events manager. From day 1 I explained that it was imperative that we had the 17th of April available so families from Victoria could travel up to ACT to be there with us. I offered to leave a holding deposit whilst we organised formalities and package options. After MYSELF having to do all forms of follow up and research. I came in on separate occasions only.to find the venue shut when Google stated it was open. After coming in today ready to leave a deposit for the date I found out the it was booked in that morning. I was given zero updates or communication saying that date had interest. I was not offered to leave a deposit as we learned the interested party had not left a deposit either. Extrenly disappointed and put us under extreme pressure now only 2 months away from what should have been a special day.
