We forgot to place a cake order and walked in today, there were quite a few to choose from. We’ve ordered from them a few times and all our orders have been great. They also have amazing cupcakes and other pastries to choose from.

Ordered a birthday cake for a very good friend. I don't live in Charlotte so took a risk just going by online reviews and it was totally worth it. We got a vanilla cake with chocolate ganache and it turned out to be the right choice for the part. They did a nice work on design and taste.
Took off one star only because their delivery charges were a bit high.

I absolutely love this bakery! It reminds me so much of the flavors from my home town in Ohio. They always have such a large selection of freshly made baked goods. Suarez also offers gourmet cupcakes and mini cheesecakes in just about any flavor you could imagine!

Our cake turned out EXACTLY how we wanted it to look and it was absolutely delicious.The layers of the cake are filled with a fluffy, lightly sweetened cream frosting and the buttercream holds it all together perfectly without being heavy or intoxicatingly sweet. Absolutely worth the price for any special event.

This is by far one of the best bakeries in Charlotte hands down. I've been coming here for years they have some of the best customer service I've ever seen and absolutely delicious food. I would definitely recommend any of their cakes or pastries

Picked up a slice of cake and a cookie here. The staff was very friendly and patient while we made a decision. Nice assortment of items: cakes, donuts, cookies, etc.

Was in Charlotte for my birthday weekend and needed to find someone to make me a cake. So happy I chose them! I got a red velvet cake w/ cream cheese icing & a pink watercolor design. Super cute and one of the best cakes I’ve ever had! Not a fan of icing either but theirs wasn’t bad at all or too sweet + it had a good texture. Received lots of compliments! Would highly recommend to anyone in the area. Thank you Suárez Bakery!

I originally emailed about a cake inquiry for a co workers work baby shower. I received a quick response and was told when I was ready to call and place my order. I placed and paid over the phone back in May for a cake in July. I went to pick it up with zero issues. The cake was exactly as I requested and was a baby shower hit! The inside was white cake w/ a icing filling. It wasn’t too sweet and was very moist and tasty! There wasn’t a piece left. Highly recommend and will be returning for other events!

Our absolute favorite bakery!! This place has been there for us in our important moments. They made our wedding cake and just made our rainbow baby announcement cake. We live in the Lake Norman area and don’t mind commuting almost an hour because their desserts and cakes are incredible and can’t be beat!! Thank you Suarez Bakery for your talent and great service!!
