As a native New Yorker - the bagel I had was a 10/10. It’s like I’m in a bodega back in the lower east side. The portions are all adequate where you can taste everything perfectly. I am a super picky person and I found this place awesome! Oh! And the guy that checked me out at the register is a 10/10 too!

The cherry danish is absolutely delicious & my boyfriend very much enjoyed his breakfast bagel which was made perfectly. The staff was super friendly but I did notice it was a little unclean, which i don't excuse considering they weren't seemingly busy during my visit.

Been going to this location for over 20 years and have forged a relationship with the people who own and work at this establishment. They take pride in what they do and it shows in their food. Friendly people operating a clean establishment serving quality products at fair prices is a dying art, but the Arboretum Manhattan Bagel shows it can be done and done well. My family moved to the area in 1996 from the northeast and Manhattan Bagel quickly became a family favorite place during the years to follow. I hope to be enjoying visits with family and friends there for many years to come. Thank you guys for being amazing.

My husband has been sick and lost a lot of weight this year. Manhattan bagel has been the only bread he can eat. They have kept him furnished with cinnamon and raisan bagels for the past 4 months and he has enjoyed them so much. He eats 4 or 5 a week. Bless them. Love them

Absolutely love this place. Have been here multiple times over the years. Great service and the bagels are some of the best. Can't wait to be in town again so I can stop by for some of my favorites.

Came for lunch for the first time today. Was able to get my breakfast bagel fix. Ordered the BEC on a garlic bagel and my husband ordered the same on an everything bagel. Enjoyed the real eggs and bacon cooked on a stove top vs. a microwave or prepared like some places.
Also ordered a cinnamon chip muffin and was good.
Service was friendly and bagels came out hot and quick. You may want to come earlier on the weekends as it looked like some bagels were sold out. If I’m in the area again, will come back!

Best bagels I've found in Charlotte, and yes, I have that high NYC standard. I really like the selection, from savory to sweet (super cinnamon and glazed blueberry are favorites), from bagels (and bialy) to pastries. Great prices, too!

Absolutely great for Breakfast, Brunch or Lunch. Lots of parking space with outdoor seating. Even though it's a franchise feels like local bagel shop.
