Smashburger

Omg my experience was wonderful from the moment I got to the counter to order. Ebony was the cashier. I notified her of a severe allergy that I have. She immediately notified the GM (who was on the grill and that's amazing to see a GM basically humble himself) they both took precautions to ensure no contamination was done. They checked the ingredients of the sauce to guarantee that I can have it. I definitely appreciated how friendly and sincere Ebony was and it made me feel valued. Kudos to this location. It was my first time in smash burger and definitely won't be the last and that's because of the service I received plus the food is pretty darn delicious.

First time here. Food was great. What I absolutely loved the most was the wonderful staff. As soon and my kids and I walked through the door we were greeted with a fantastic friendly upbeat personality by Carole. She was absolutely fantastic with my kids. She kept checking back with us to make sure we were fine and was very friendly and playful with my kids. Wonderful service and wonderful food. Will definitely be back.

Came in to place an order to go, the old fashioned way. Was greeted warmly by the cashier, who was also busy as heck. This was lunch time afterall. My order was placed and ready in about half the time I expected, and was a very tasty burger. Wife definitely enjoyed her bacon burger too. Shake was on point. Great experience, even during the lunch rush. Cheers!!

Pretty good burger. Quick service. I thought the fried pickles were too salty, but that's a matter of taste. A few of these have popped up around town in the past couple of years and I've been probably a dozen times, mostly to the one off of Rea Rd. Never had a problem at any of them. There's nothing that really stands out as phenomenal burger wise, but everything I've eaten has been enjoyable. I like to think of this place as a "Red Robin lite". I do like the concept of smashing food though. I'm weird.

Always a great burger! My favorite is the bacon double Smash Burger! Pair that with their Smash Fries and a milk shake! This past trip I tried the peanut butter milkshake it was delicious! The staff is very friendly and attentive, I was checked on three times while eating to see if I needed anything.
