Pizza Hut

The location on Fairview Road is THE WORST. I ordered a pizza on and it took so long that I received a voucher for a free large pizza. Tonight I tried to order that Free large pizza and was on hold for over 15 minutes only to get disconnected. I called back and was immediately put on hold. I hung up and called back and was again put on hold but someone picked up fairly quickly. I ordered my pizza and then told her that I had a coupon for a free pizza - silence on the phone when I asked if she wanted the Code that was on the voucher. She put me on hold. After a few minutes she came back and said the manager was going to have to take the order. Brittany came on the phone and I told her the story and she apologized, said they were busy and she was the only one making pizzas and managing the store. I will not be using this store again.

Caution. Pretty depressing to walk in for carryout. People stacked in the door waiting. This location used to be fine several months ago. Last time ordered online for carryout. Had not started my order when I showed up 25 minutes after it said it would be ready. Waited another 20 inside and watched customer after customer come in with the same experience. I eventually left without a pizza. Swore we would never use this location again. 2-3 months later we tried it again thinking it has to have gotten better. Unfortunately same issues and identical outcome for me. Left again without a pizza 56 minutes after ordering and 30 minutes after online said it would be ready.

Took 2 hours - 30 minutes more than estimated. They forgot the sauces and the pizza was cold when it arrived. Worst pizza I’ve had in many year. I’d have been better off with a frozen one. Won’t be ordering from this one any more. Called to find out if they were coming and the guy in charge actually argued with me about the time estimate.

I ordered pizza online and wasn’t sure if my order went through due to a glitch. I called the store to ask if they had my order and was asked “why would you call here with a question like that? What is wrong with you?” And was then hung up on. Never been more disrespected by an employee at a restaurant before In my life. I wish I could give 0 stars.

Ordered a large pizza and cinnamon sticks. Not only did it take OVER an hour and a half, just a little below 2 hours total, but then was incorrect and sent cinnamon rolls instead of the sticks. Okay, whatever, right- annoying but not a travesty, but then we discover, they are also completely UNCOOKED. Not even Under cooked but literally RAW, ROOM TEMPERATURE DOUGH covered in icing. When I called to complain the restaurant offered for ME to come pick up my replacement dessert. So I just asked for a refund simply for the cinnamon sticks, not even for the large pizza which took over 90 minutes to come- but just for the desert that I paid for and didn’t receive and the raw cinnamon rolls that they gave me instead. So they left me on hold and never returned. It’s going on 25 minutes now. *** UPDATE*** they finally came back. Just under 30 minutes on hold. Tried to take my order again though. Finally made it to a manager. He was actually very nice. Poor guy said, “my people,” when I told him what happened and put me in for a $15 credit. I explained that I don’t want a credit, I don’t want to order from them again; no offense, but I actually read the reviews. So I just wanted a refund for the desert. He said I can come in tomorrow and get the credit as a refund. We’ll see what happens then. Smh.

Ordered 6 pizzas online at 3 o'clock for a 6 o'clock pickup. Something told me I should have called to confirm but I didn't. I showed up at 6 o'clock and the manager looked at me like I was crazy when I told her I was there to pick up my order....then she went to the computer and naturally saw my order. Had to wait 20 more minutes. No apology, no explanation, .....what a a dump. They have a great location but that's it.

I ordered a hand tossed pizza, bread sticks, and a 2-liter pepsi from this location for carry out. When I arrived, at the time the website said my pizza would be ready, it was not ready. I then had to wait 30 minutes for my pizza to cook. Once my order was ready I was informed they were out of Pepsi. When I got home I realized they didn't give me the correct bread sticks order and my pizza was cold! I will never use this location again!
