Coffee, food, service and ambience are excellent. Is it really necessary to have surcharges on public holidays and on credit card/pay wave. Wouldn't it be better to build those overheads into the everyday prices?

cute wee spot with delicious food and friendly staff...was a bit sad cos I came here especially to try the gluten free cheese scones (yes I'm the weirdo that's obsessed with scones) but all sold out so must be amazing 😍 will be back to try.

I ordered the chilli scramble and was amazed by how good it was. Nice bit of heat, flavoured with coriander, served over a perfectly done rosti and with spinach, grilled tomato and sausage on the side. Would come again 😁👍

Hands down the best fish and chips in Sumner. We had the crumbed blue cod, pineapple rings, crab sticks and two scoops and Ben (not waiter - Owner!) threw in extra crab sticks at no extra cost. This place is cranking! We really love how they still use newspaper to wrap the food in, subtle tastes of benzine and titanium dioxide only add to the flavours. A+ - would trade again.

We went to Niche yesterday for lunch with our friends x our dog. I like it that we can book. I,m a cake person firstly x the range was excellent. Visually I fancied all of them. I had an omelette for a main which was superb. Thanks Niche.

Niche is always busy and that is for a good. The quality of food is of a high standard. Especially love toasted scone. Yummy. I go regularly and the staff are excellent and when very busy they rise above it and provide top quality service. If you don't believe me go to Niche and try it for yourself. You won't be disappointed.

So consistent and the seating out the front is beautiful, especially on a sunny day.
The loaf was so flavourful, as well as the other meals.
I would definitely recommend.

Cute locally owned cafe in Sumner only a couple blocks from the beach! Great coffee and a good selection of breakfast and lunch cabinet and dine-in food. Gluten free options and baking that are delicious ! There are lots on seating options that are good for a group or cozy sit down

Their coffee is amazing (strongly recommend trying the piccolo latte!) and the staff is lovely too 😊 This place is my favourite place to visit whenever I come to Sumner!

Saturday lunch date after a walk along Sumner's beach, we stopped in at Niche. We choose the Bahn Mi, delicious pork belly in fresh toasted bread. We also had the Pancake Stack with fruit and maple syrup complemeneted with some hot fries with aioli and T sauce.Woupd return and definitely recommend.
