Piada

I really like Piada, and the staff here have always been pretty friendly. It's also a good location with both indoor and plenty of patio seating off to the side. I knock a star off because the prices have gone up quite a lot recently, even before inflation peaked, and the food quality fell as well. You could end up spending closer to $20 for a pasta bowl and this isn't even fine dining. I still like it and go, but it's a bit much. The quality is also not as good. For example, they used to give these great large pieces of sausage when you ordered that. Now it's just little pieces. Changes like that are pretty disappointing, but again it's still pretty good food.

Just left the restaurant. Restaurant was clean, workers were friendly except the one who was starting the order. Food quality has dropped tremendously. Alfredo sauce was very thin and taste blend. Veggies were good. The grilled chicken did not look like chicken. Couldn't tell if it was dark meat chicken or something else. I used to love this place but I won't be going back.

Service was pleasant and prompt. The line moves pretty quickly so you can get in and out in no time. Store was clean, good atmosphere, employees were all working together as a team unit. The head chef was working alongside her staff and kept everyone in good spirits. Ill be back to this location every chance i can get. There is plenty of room for dining in and on nice days you can go out to the side dining area and enjoy the fresh air as you dine.

Love this place! I've only had one less than stellar experience and Katlyn and Hannah went above and beyond to resolve the issue. I typically order online and go pick it up on my lunch break. While the Avocado Chop Salad and the Power Bowl are my go-tos, I've never had something there I didn't like. Definitely recommend this for a quick lunch or dinner.
