Kfc

This is by far the best KFC I have been to. This would have not been possible without the amazing service from Cash. He had great customer service and got my order 100% right. He even accommodated an additional order when I got to the window. I hope you hire more employees like him. The service was great! Also, the food was amazing!

We were looking forward to having chicken for dinner, so we went to KFC on Fowler and Ashlan. We walked in and stood at the counter waiting for someone to take out order. There was a lot of activity going on in the back of the kitchen but no one at the counter. I'm sure that someone saw us standing there, we are not invisible! But no one even acknowledged us. No, "We'll be right with you." No, "Give us just a minute." Nothing!! We stood there for five minutes and NOTHING. So we went across the street and got Chinese food. We were in and out of there in less time than we wasted at KFC. If this is the way that customers get treated, we will no longer be patronizing this establishment!

Ordered through the drive thru and the popcorn chicken and the original recipe breast and drumstick were horrible. The popcorn chicken had very little pieces that actually contained chicken as we snapped one by one in half, all crusty. The original recipe chicken was extremely dried out and the skin was almost petrified. This is our neighborhood KFC and I hope they change management or supervision over how the food is served . We shouldn't have to travel to other stores to get decent food for the same price.

Dont ever go there. I ordered online and after 20 minutes i was notified that my food was ready. I drove to pick it up and guess what!!! When i arrived they told me they ran out of most my items. They dint know how to cancel the transaction even their manager. They gave me a piece of paper that has hand written number and asked me to to call that number and request refund. The number was 800callKFC. It been 11 days and i spent 3-4hrs calling that number. Just wrong info and no refund yet.

Most of their staff is respectful and fast service, 11/10. Best KFC in Clovis. The grass is so green. Every Tuesday me and my 12 year old child go there all the time to eat!! Have you TRIED their beyond nuggets? Gordan Ramsay approved. Five star Michelin. Best KFC, MUST try, very clean, and their restrooms are always open!!!! 11/10!!!
