There have been a lot of new hires lately so this may be why I am having a bad experience every time I go. The donut smelled and tasted like mold. Threw it away. The fries were only partially filled and not warm. Typically my food will be stale and cold. Or part or half of it will be missing. Customer service is just get the job done kind of attitude. So some people may be rude but typically they are just rushing. There is usually a line in drive through that takes a long time just to order and I tend to have to park to wait for the food after. There are not many parking spots or spots you can get to so people will take the spots you are suppose to wait in. People go inside thinking it will be quicker but you will wait even longer. And may not get your food until you ask someone for it. And the tables are usually dirty. I complained about half my food missing and my food being stale but haven't heard anything. I would highly recommend going to another location even if it is a bit of a drive.
Update
Seemed like they were finally making the food fresh but it became cold and stale every time again. Waited at the register (kiosk thing wasn't working for me) for a long time just so the employees could ignore me.

Pretty sure they served me a raw burger, when I told the worker, another customer told me same thing happened to him.

So today I went to the Drive-through, got my orders. I should always check all my order but I don’t like other people at the me waiting so I go park and check. I didn’t get straws or utensil and syrup for my pancakes. Had to go in and ask I didn’t get none of those and employee wants to tell me I didn’t asked for it but I told her I came through the drive through why do I need to asked for all those when it should come with my pancakes and drinks that I order and told me I still need too. This is really ridiculous because I get it if your dining in but it’s the drive through?

This McDonald's has been good when ever I was hungry. I have been there for breakfast, lunch or dinner and no problems. It is 24 hours and I have had a chance to get food from 12am to 3am, with no problems. The only thing that was difficult was if they were only excepting cash. If the drive thru was too long I only had to park and walk in. Using the self checkout was easy and fast.

They totally earned this! The last few times we have gone, the drive thru was fairly long. Going in also takes a bit. BUT this time, virtually no wait! This team was on it! After paying, we pulled up to the pickup window and a happy, focused member was holding my daughter's drink out the window. Followed promptly by our food. The order, a bit "custom" was perfectly filled! Thank you Mickey D's Clovis and Herndon team! You guys are rockin it! Kudos to your manager!

Took the kids there for ice cream. Every staff member looked unhappy, including the manager. The cashier was rude and made fun of the special needs guy in front of us when he struggled counting out his change. She made sure the other staff members heard the insult and that earned chuckles from the nearby employees. No one seemed to be doing anything useful and I watched a car sit at the drive through for 15 minutes waiting for two ice cream cones. Maybe it was just a bad night or perhaps this is a very poorly managed location. Sensitivity training at the very least is needed for the customer facing staff members.

I received my food fast and sloppy. The fries were undercooked and not properly drained of the excess oil they were fried in. They went straight to the trash. Their Dr Pepper is improperly mixed and tastes terrible. The owner/manager of this restaurant needs to do a quality check of the food their employees are putting out. Until that changes my family will not eat here.

I went to this McDonald’s thru the drive thru and had great service! The lady that took my order was loud and clear unlike most times you go and the order taker gives off a bad disposition! McDonald’s out did their selves when they hired this one … I got her name at the window cuz I knew I would write a review giving her some praise . Her name is Sarah. She’s the best they have ever hired. Great customer service she is a “10”!!!
