Dunkin'

Toesha is literally THE best and always super friendly. I usually do mobile orders because of my distrust of getting my coffee right. Since doing mobile order my coffee has been right almost every time. She really needs to be recognized and since I get mobile orders I wasn't able to do the Dunkin runs on me survey.

Service was excellent! The two girls, Alexis and Summer were so friendly and service was great! How refreshing to see smiling, friendly and professional staff in an establishment. They made our experience wonderful and will definitely come back to this DD! Kudos to management for hiring such great employees!

Despite being really busy and only having one person on staff I was taken care of quickly and with warmth. The girl on staff was new and a little overwhelmed because of the amount of customers but she kept on task with a great attitude and a genuine smile. Excellent customer service skills made the experience a great one. Their coffee simply is the BEST!

I would've given this location 5 stars because normally they're good. However the last 2 times my coffee has been watered down, i order an ice coffee and i can literally count the ice cubes.. Window worker didn't seem too familiar with items, she was polite but i order food and enjoy the hot sauce they offer she said they didn't have hot sauce when i could see a box on the front counter. But because of the line behind me wrapping around building i just let it go. Still will return just hope for better service in the future.

I love the coconut refreshers, the peach is my favorite 🍑 especially with the boba bubbles 💜 and of course they have yummy doughnuts 🤤🍩 The reason I didn't give 5 stars for this location is because of my drink, I always order my drinks with no ice. When I got my drink it had ice, so I very politely asked her if she could correct her mistake. She had told me she had been working since 330am in previous conversation, and have had pulled double shifts myself I could relate, and figured she just simply forgot that I said no ice. She apologized and took my drink, and gave my the cup back 3/4 full 😒 instead of arguing at this point I just took my order and left... I drove across town to treat myself so this was quite a bit of a letdown 😞
