Super friendly staff...the girl up front was super nice and helpful. We weren't sure about it as there was nobody there on a Sat night. But the food was really good and did not disappoint at all. The only thing we weren't a fan of was the coleslaw, had a weird flavor. Overall definitely would come back.

We have had This Very Delicious BBQ for quite a Long time! It sure is one of My Mom,s top favorite BBQ Restaurants of all time when We Visit S.C. The Service is Very Awesome and Very Incredible and Very Friendly!! The Food is Very Delicious and Very Terrific and Very Spectacular!! Ordered 'Burnt Ends' - Traditionally when ordering burnt ends, I've always received relatively crispy (burnt) BBQ ends of brisket which are juicy, fatty, and delicious. From Maurice's I received cubed-up chunks of dried out brisket that resembled dog food, slathered in a mustard-bbq sauce. Borderline inedible. I will not be returning. Note: Ordered by Grubhub and Grubhub isn't allowing reviews of this restaurant.

The chicken sandwich was dry to the point of being inedible. Not shredded with sauce, but chunks of dry chicken breasts. The side portions were at best the size of a kids meal. This location is a disgrace to South Carolina barbecue and to the Maurice name. The quality at this location has been on a steady decline but this last experience was the nail in the coffin for me.

Best southern mustard based barbecue there is, in my opinion. I was born and raise in Columbia. I always go there a hurt myself with what the used to call the " Big Pig Dinner" I usually bring some bottles of the sauce back to SD, where I am retired now. My family brings my bottles of sause to SD when they visit. Yes, I know the old man was crazy...but you just have to move on and enjoy the food.

Food was great, however had to go back 3 times over the weekend because they were never open the hours that had posted. They were changing hours daily to whatever the felt like for the day. What business does that??

Good barbeque. I had a senior pulled pork plate, hubby the regular ribs basket. If we lived in the area we'd be repeat customers.
