Hardee's

I hope someone reads these reviews! My daughter and I were taking a trip and stopped for some lunch. She’s 4 and had been complaining of being hungry for about 20 minutes off and on while also hoping that wherever we stopped had a grilled cheese. I saw Hardee’s sign and for some reason thought that we’d gotten a grilled cheese before but I apparently was wrong... when I ordered and asked the woman who took my order told me they don’t have grilled cheese. I needed my daughter to eat and and didn’t need to deal with drama halfway through our road trip so I asked for a cheeseburger without the burger. They laughed but said ok. When I got to the window the woman realized I was ordering for my picky 4 year old and went several steps further and had them make my daughter and grilled cheese sandwich on sourdough bread! She took it personally and brought it out to me herself. I was so impressed with that level of customer service and honestly relieved that she helped me avoid a tantrum. I didn’t get her name but we were there around 1pm on Tuesday 7/31. She was fantastic and my daughter are every bite of her sandwich. Thank you!

This morning I stopped by your store [1501760] at 9:39am and was very pleased with the girl working the counter. She was very polite ,courteous, and pleasant to speak with. I think her name was Princess but I'm not sure. She could teach customer service for the rest of your stores and especially the store at 96 Arrowwood Rd. in Columbia. I went there the other day and the bald guy behind the counter asked my order and as I told him he would look away and not make eye contact through the entire conversation. This was done repeatably. I said never mind left the store and went to McDonald's up the street and spent my money! If I am a paying customer willing to spend my money at you restaurant and I am not disrespectful, I expect to be treated politely and with respect. The Arrowwood location should be shut down , I will not return to it. The girl at 3014 Charleston Hwy. needs a promotion to the cooperate offices to teach customer service!

This place was by far the worst place I've been too in awhile. For starters customer service was horrible in drive thru, in taking my order till receiving my food which took 9min exactly for me to receive. Then to make matters worst my fries were literally hard and burnt, and my burger was fine but I was skeptical about finishing as I was leaving you had co workers outside running back and forth inside and out. Smoking cigarettes , I sat and watch and nobody washed there hands before returning. They were very rude, ghetto, unprofessional, terrible customer service and bad food! I will never go back and will put word out to family and friends stay away from this place😡😡😱😡

Service at drive thru was very slow. I ordered a steak egg and cheese combo. The biscuit was hard the steak was hard as well and the cheese as well as the eggs were cold. I was very displeased with the service I received from this location. I will Not be going back just a total waste of my hard earned money!

We ordered all star meals today for lunch and they were horrible. Everything was put together sloppy. My chicken sandwich was soggy and had a brown piece of lettuce on it and barely any mayo. The double cheeseburger was subpar and bland and my cookie wasn't even cooked all the way and tasted like raw cookie dough. We came here because that's a lot of food for 5 dollars but it's not even worth it if the food is cheap tasting .

One star is far too generous for this horrible establishment. If you want the absolute worst then this is it. Dog food would of been more suitable. I have never in my life had such a terrible experience. The food was literally inedible. I ordered a few of the 3 piece tender boxes and the only thing that was good was the chocolate chip cookies. The tenders resembled chicken nuggets. They were gross, undercooked, and extremely fatty. This really put a bad taste in my mouth (literally). NEVER AGAIN at this or any other Hardees location.

Came 20 minutes before closing to the drive thru and staff did not bother to get up and serve us, then my family and I came in 2 days later for breakfast and when asked what time they close they said 10 and when asked why I wasn't served 2 days prior then they said they probably closed early. Then to make matters worse when my wife and I went to get the high chair we discovered how filthy it was. Not to mention the entrance door handle was broken.
