Upcharged me for a Medium meal, which I didn’t ask for. My ‘medium’ fries wouldn’t even fill a small size container. My ‘big’ hot ham and cheese has half of what it should. Thanks for the $5 worth of food for $10.

I initially ordered a homemade chicken club combo. The chicken fillet was not freshly cooked. I was about ten minutes on my commute when I began eating. I turned back around and ordered an All-star burger which was better, but not great.

I frequently visit this establishment. I ordered a cheeseburger deluxe and was informed that tomatoe and lettuce would be added to my request. To my avail no lettuce and tomatoe were on my sandwich. The cashier even repeated back to me what I wanted on it as well.

Food was freshly made. It was a little noisy. The plexiglass windows they use for covid precautions makes it harder to here the employees when they speak. Other than that it was great. Would give 5 stars if customer service was a little better

Great presentation! Very tasty food as well. It tastes just as good as it looks. Quick services and smiling friendly faces. Would definitely recommend you stopping by for something delicious!

Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service. The guy rushed through the order with no care in his voice and didn’t even say how much the order would be. Also sounded so unprofessional and very ghetto. I get that you work for minimum wage but at least do you job right or take a hike.

Always good especially when I'm leaving the Veterans hospital. I go for my special treat to eat. I always come over there. You can't find what u have at the other restaurants near where I live!! I look forward to going over near that area. I which one would open in my section of Columbia. Hardee's would definitely see a raise in their business. That's in the NE side of Columbia!! 💝💝

Really enjoyed our lunch. My chicken tenders were a lot like Chick fil-A. My wife and son both remarked that their burgers were really good, rivaling Burger King. And the fries were hot and fresh, as good as McDonald's fries. Service was friendly and fast.
