What a fun and eclectic ice cream parlor! Delicious flavors, friendly staff and fair prices. I had the blueberry and the chocolate and it was so delicious! My son had lavender honey and mango. We were both very happy! The decor is fun and funky. Highly recommend.

Such a great find I was passing through Columbia, coming from Nashville and going into Kansas City and this ice cream spot caught our attention. So glad we stopped, the ice cream flavours were really creative, they also had most staples but with a flair to it. The staff were great and super chill as I took some time figuring out what to get. I think I ended up getting the oatmeal ice cream and the dark chocolate sea salt cream ice cream (soy based). So rich and creamy, I usually don’t get dairy-free ice cream but I couldn’t taste the difference. Really good experience, check them out for sure. And the artwork makes for some fun pictures!

Friendly customer service and reasonable prices for homemade ice-cream. They kindly let you sample as many flavors as you want! I love that their mint chip ice-cream is made without green food coloring!

Nice little ice cream shop in downtown Columbia. We ate pizza down the street and walked up for dessert. This is artisan ice cream with very unique flavors. I will definitely stop the next time I'm in Columbia.

Great ice cream and loved the atmosphere. Plus bonus that it was purple night so I fit right in. I tried nutter butter and jelly. My boyfriend had the ube. Super yummy!

Sparky's is a unique hometown favorite. They have traditional flavors and also things for the more curious palate, and usually four choices of vegan, dairy-free flavors. The decor is worth the trip.
