Cajun Crab House

Baby let’s first start with customer service! TOP NOTCH! I ordered the special with the whole lobster (not knowing what the whole lobster could have) I called back almost in a panic finding roe in the lobster. They had me bring it back and educated me on what roe was and also that many people prefer it! They also got me another meal! 10/10 WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND! Thank you to the staff for being so understanding and for making sure you made the customer satisfied! Will definitely be back! 💕

Cajun Crab House was gas! On top of that, the service was stellar. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our (my fiancé and I) date night at that establishment was as amazing as the food! The shrimp and crab leg combination is a sure fire winner here no matter what spice level your taste buds desire. We would definitely become regulars based off of the food alone, but the manager Maria made sure if there was any doubt about returning They were for lack of a better term "bogus". She made sure we had everything we needed and then some. Much appreciated and we will be back💯

Edit 9/28/21: I went back for the boil and it was honestly awful. You could not taste any of the Cajun flavors. Very rarely in Missouri do you have a place that sells fresh seafood. The fried jumbo shrimp was juicy. The oysters were soft. The catfish warmed my mouth. I enjoyed it but was still hungry afterwards. I was also charged a service fee that I was not aware of.

I rated one star for just the acceptable food. I don’t usually rate but don’t want to be silent this time. I was charged a customer service fee 3.99% for credit card use but was not informed before I paid. There was even no sign in the restaurant telling us there’s a credit card fee. My friend and I found this on the receipt and asked the lady when we picked up our food. She said that’s a credit card fee but was not able to give more explanations, so she found her manager. The manager stated the same thing and said that’s a thing every restaurant is doing. She said they would make sure they tell us next time. I don’t know why I still need to be informed “next time”. Plus, there was no sign in the restaurant and no verbal agreement with us. If we didn’t find out this, they would never let us know, so I’m here to let everyone know! If you are thinking of going to this restaurant, please have a second thought!
