Panera Bread

I had placed an order through the Panera App and when it was delivered there was a couple items missing. The store staff was quick to apologize and went above and beyond to make it right. I had my missing items delivered in less than 10 minutes. Good Job guys! Service was amazing and I appreciate it more than you know!

My wife and I ordered a pickup order (via Panera app) When I get there I notice a sign on the pick up order parking spot "Sorry we're not doing pick up orders at this time" So I proceed to get out of my car in a down pour rain to go inside to pick up my order but the dining room is close SMH. So I have to wait in a long line about 20 cars back to get my pick up my order. I understand that they're probably understaff like most of the US. But it doesn't hurt to make that known before we order through the app.

Okay….I’m a Panera fan….have the loyalty card, the whole thing. This was the most substandard Panera I have ever been to. Here’s why: 1. Coffee was almost cold…I drink mine black and it was kind of hot, but by the time they added cream to my husband’s coffee, not so much. 2. My husband ordered a bagel. When we left the drive-thru to get on the interstate, I opened the bag and discovered a cream cheese to go (I thought they normally did that for you) and the bagel was cold/not toasted….they didn’t ask and we didn’t realize we needed to specify. (Lesson learned). 3. I got a yogurt with berries….again….East bound on I-70 when I looked in the bag. NO SPOON! We should’ve went to Starbucks just down the road or do what we usually do and go the extra distance for a locally owned place. This Panera is off of our list.

Ordered Panera to be delivered. Opened up my sandwich to find a 2 inch long black hair right on top.. 🤮 Its on white bread and literally on the top. I have no idea how it was missed. So, I'm assuming the person who wrapped either saw and didnt care or the hair was already on the plastic wrap. Gross....both options are just gross.
