Domino's Pizza

My son has autism and literally lives off the pizza. I'm thankful for the fast and courteous service that we consistently get from our Domino's and from the delivery people, they're so kind and understanding. I wish there were more businesses out there with as much understanding and compassion as they do would make the world a better place

I just ordered a 16 piece parmesan bites from the dominoes in Columbia Missouri on Green Meadows. When I got home and opened the order I had 16 pieces of dry bread with NOTHING on them. When I called the store, the woman argued with me that they were prepared correctly. I have had the Parmesan bites numerous times and know the difference between them and dry bread. Will not be returning and suggest you don’t either.

Thanks have to say, this Dominos is great at reading my special instructions on my orders. I can eat cheese and my roommate can very much not… and they always get the orders correct. I don’t mind pick up as it is easy to get there from anywhere in the south side of town and delivery is great when I decided I am home for the night. Had some less dependable pizza chains depending on where I live… this one I hit big with!

This used to be really a good location. No longer. Issue no.1: I ordered a deluxe pizza on delivery. I live 4 blocks away from the store, less than 1/2 mile. I was called at 5:32 and told my pizza was on its way. It should take less than 5 minutes. It was was 25 minutes. Issue no. 2: the "Deluxe" pizza only comes with four toppings: salami, Italian sausage, onions, and green peppers. On what planet is this deluxe? I had to order black olives and mushrooms for an extra charge. $16.49 for 4 toppings. Seriously? $4.99 delivery fee.

Called in a order, went to pick it up, thats when they stated that they couldn't find the ticket for the call in, and that they were on a 30 minute delay, waited in my vehicle, an employee came out, ask if I was waited on, I advised him, no-gave him the money for the order, he said he would return, he never did! At the 30 minute delay point, I entered again and inquired about the order, she turned around, and basically stood watching other employees, tried to get her attention, she ignored me. I got the attention of a young guy and right away he ask what time the order was called in, I told him and he literally looked at me and said, WE ARE ON AN HOUR DELAY.. NOT SURE HOW IT WENT FROM 30 MINUTES TO AN HOUR DELAY WITH MY ORDER BUT IT DID. ALSO IM ABSOLUTELY NOT HAPPY WITH HOW I WAS TALKED TOO, IGNORED AND LIED TOO. IM SURE IM NOT THE ONLY ONE THIS HAS HAPPENED TOO! 15 EMPLOYEES WORKING, AT LEAST, and this is how they treat customers.. Maybe someone needs to remind them how the food chain works!!! I absolutely will not recommend this restuarant to anyone! I will report this to corporate!!
