Bob Evans

The food was excellent we went Monday May 9th in the morning around from 11:00 to 12:00 the food took a while to come but I think there was only one lady working or section the servers were not pleasant said only what they had to say. Did not check up on you our water was never refilled didn't ever got the syrup that I wanted I think I've been to better Bob Evans for customer service but the food was great

The food is always good when I eat here. My only feedback is the consistency with curbside ordering. I was waiting outside in the designated space and no one came out. I had to go inside to get the order. The young lady I asked about my order was a manager. Went to the shelving unit and said the order was here and started to walk away. I mentioned that I had been outside for a while. She blamed me for that and said I should have called. I told her that I assumed y'all would check orders and your designated spaces like all other companies do. So I knocked one star off for that. I'll chalk that one up to she might have been having a bad day. The service in here is normally good.

I have ordered take out from this Bob Evans about a dozen times. The order was delivered within the time line they predicted by a very professional and pleasant individual. However my down grading this location is due to the inconsistent quality of food and it’s presentation. The Triple Berry pie was, in my opinion, was below par. The slice I had was completely broken into many pieces. It was securely packaged so I know it did not get that condition from a 20 minute drive. The filling was surprisingly sparse. I have ordered this menu selection before and know that it has been much better. It should never have been sold. Small complaint but a valid one.

Been eating at here for years from a young man. Started bringing my girlfriend, she is now my wife, and our son from baby to now teens. What get me now sent Cov-19 everyone is cutting bake and forgetting about customer. They cut out Whole Grain pancakes for people trying to eat healthy. Use to have a lots of healthy food to offer. Please put back more healthy food.
