This place smelled so foul when I walked by the area where the frozen yogurt is stored. I’m not sure what it was, but it wreaked of rotten food. I also didn’t enjoy the yogurt at all with the topping of the jelly. It was not flavorful at all, and it was too expensive for the taste. Terrible! I’ll go to downtown Bethesda next time for good frozen yogurt or TCBY in Columbia. Also, the customer service was terrible. There was only one worker and she seemed out of it. 1/5

I would give it 0 stars if I could. I went at 8:02 and I entered and greeted very nicely. They didn’t even respond, and then they told me they were closed even though there were other costumers there, the door was open and it had been only TWO minutes. Very rude of them to say it the way they did, and I don’t understand how they couldn’t just ring up the ice cream since that’s the only thing they’d have to do. Very lazy and rude. 0/5

I love Tutti Frutti but rarely have a chance to get it and haven’t since the before the pandemic! I stepped into this TF after an errand a couple stores over. I love to get an OG Tart with a ton of fruit and shredded coconut and let me say— the fruit they had was SO scrumptious. The mangoes were soft and sweet, so were the pineapple and kiwi! So delicious!!! The cashier was spectacular and very easy to chat with as well, we had a nice convo before I went on my way. He deserves a raise! I will be back in the future!
