Two visits and two bad experiences. The first visit got straight to the speaker and after waiting 10 minutes for someone to take my order just left. Second visit I was the third car in line and it took 45 minutes to place my order and receive 2 famous bowls and 2 5 piece tender combos. Was offered nothing for compensation. I could have made the items at home faster and saved money.

Ordered a 12 piece chicken strip meal with fries and corn for delivery the other night. The driver ended up bringing someone else’s order by mistake. No harm, no foul. We got our re-delivery and it was a mess. The 12 piece chicken strips were actually 12 “pieces” of strips and nuggets. The fries were cold as if they had been sitting outside waiting for the delivery driver to pick them up. There was no corn, but they sent old mac and cheese in its place. There is someone who works there, that picked up 12 pieces of chicken scraps and but them in the bucket to deliver them to a customer. In other words, they had 12 chances to visually see that what they were doing should have been unacceptable. But that is what we got. I never use this location again.

Beware. Had to wait 40 mins to pick up an online order. The store entry was locked. No one even bothered to check who was outside. Some of the employees were not wearing a mask. Once brought home, the chicken was not edible and purely disgusting. Also found hair in the bucket. Everything went to trash. Thinking that going back to the store and complaining would be a waste of more time and energy, contacted HQ via twitter and email for a refund. No response. Not sure how this chain became so horrible. See photos.

Was told 15 min wait on extra crispy ok so 30 min later had to beat on door(do to no inside eating) to get my order, the rest must have packed and sitting because potatoes and gravy were ice cold. Back to the chicken, almost burnt, poorly battered,(crust falling off), lid not on slaw properly so leaked all over bag. Will drive extra 8 miles to go to another store. Or go someplace else

Fast food? Placed an online order for pick up, says it'll re ready in 10-20mins, 20 mins later I walk up to door (still can't go in at all) employee finally comes to the door 5 mins later after several other employees seeing me and not even acknowledging that I'm there, says he'll get it right now, 15 mins go by so I go back to the turns out they still haven't even started, 40 mins after I ordered they bring my food, didnt put the sauce in the bag that I had to pay .25 per pack for and no fork or napkins, mind you I ordered 3 chicken Littles and a Mac cheese not a huge order. Place is a joke

Always delicious, I was sad this time b/c they were out of biscuits & fries, but mostly b/c there were no biscuits. I'm the only one who eats them in my family & they're my favorite part of the meal. I really hope they have some the next time! They did replace them with cookies, but we don't really eat the cookies so it wasn't really a fair trade for my family, but what can you do. The employees were polite & it's so nice to be able share some positive energy & a smile with people, keep up the great work ladies & gentlemen, I & my family truly appreciate your hard work!
