Mountain Mike's

In the back of my mind, I knew there was a reason that we had not ordered from Mountain Mikes in years and the memory came rushing back. Called to order pizza and put on hold for 10 minutes, hung up and tried again, stayed on hold for nearly 10 minutes again and hung up and decided to order online and pick it up. Placed my order an the confirmation email was for Antioch (I live 1.2 miles away from the Concord store) Frantically call and cancel that order. I had reached the end of my rope so my lovely wife called and was lucky enough to reach someone. Placed the order and closer to the hour mark than the 45 minutes they said and the pizza shows up. Well I personally am not a fan of super greasy cold pizza but if you are, this is your place. Called and complained and was offered a replacement, at this point it was 8:30 and we were not interested in eating that late. They offered a $10.00 discount on our next order which is a pretty good bet on their part because we will never take them up on it.
