Papa Johns Pizza

dishonest as hell. asked for a large pizza with beef & mushrooms. They charged me over 32.00, more than any pizza cost there. and then handed me a medium. If ya make the mistake of going there, dont pay cash & make sure you get a receipt . They will scam you if they can. They must think we all are stupid. 5/23/22

FYI: The coupons you receive in the mail from Papa Johns will not be taken! I was told by there customer service after being hung up on and calling back it’s only for “online ordering” !! It doesn’t say that no where on THERE COUPONS it’s the new racket…not all people have online abilities like a lot of Seniors… (I’m going to Dominos Pizza at least they honor their coupons )

I wish there's a ZERO star for this place. The word AWFUL is nice to them. So I ordered one large chicken BBQ pizza and UNSAUCED wings, I made it very clear that I want the wing UNSAUCED since I'm pregnant and can't have spicy sauced wings. After 30 minutes the ordered was delivered, but the pizza was actually dropped from the delivery man!!! The pizza had no cheese. The cheese was dropped on the sides of the box. ( photo attached ) and of course the wings were buffalo sauced!!!!!! EVEN THOUGH I made it clear I want the wings UNSAUCED. I called them and told them I can't eat this pizza, he told me that he will check with the delivery man and call me back, but he didn't so when I called him back he actually canceled my call! I called 5 times he hung up on me the 5 times. He answered from my husband's phone and when he knew he''s my husband he hung up on his face as well. So there you go $45 pizza that was eaten by our dogs.

I ordered garlic knots and a medium pepperoni pizza. We drove to pick it up and when we got home the garlic knots were just bread (no garlic or anything) and the pizza looked like some slices were added from different pizzas. I am very disappointed as I was really excited for the garlic knots. Will not be going to this location again.

do not go here!!!!!! staff are really bad, if they short handed they not gonna let you order!!first i called to place order for pick up the person who answered the phone said no i can not order for pick up and hung up on me right away, so i decided to go to their store and as soon as i came in they asked if its for pick up or we about to order? i said i want to order to go,the exact person who answered the phone was the guy who also said no we cannot order for to go either!! shame on him! very bad attitude!!
