Waffle House

We went this morning after a bad experience at another restaurant. We walked in, waited about 5 minutes for them to get a table clean. We sat down, had prompt service, our server Joshua was amazing and so kind! He made our morning much better than it had been going. The food was delicious and hot, it came out fast too.

This is twice that I've gone and placed a togo order and they didn't get my order right. I need to do better with checking it before I leave. Todays order: All star breakfast (3eggs scrambled with cheese) what I got was two eggs scrambled with no cheese...UGHHHH Just give me what I ordered please....

They have Mr Pibb! Seriously though, the people are very friendly and attentive, the prices are great and the food is good. They take the time to cook things right. The atmosphere is fun with good music playing and staff singing and dancing to the songs. The patrons are a mixed bunch who are very welcoming. And yes, they serve Mr Pibb so I'll be back :)

We called here on Friday Jan 21st a little after midnight to see if it was open and the lady who answered the phone was pretty rude. She was annoyed when we asked if we were making sure you weren’t closed for inclement weather and said “waffle house doesn’t close for weather.” So we told her thank you and we would be there soon. We got it the car and drove 15 mins through the snow to get there and when we arrived everything was locked, yet the coffee pots were on, smoke was coming out, everything seemed open from the outside looking in, but there weren’t any cars in the parking lot. We waited a good while (15-20mins) to see if someone was just in the restroom or went to complete a quick errand and no one ever came back. Very frustrating experience and thought you should know you’re paying your employees to be rude to customers, put customer safety in danger, wasting customer time, and leave the store when they’re on the clock.

Out of all Waffle Houses, this one is top notch. My man Roger—bless his heart, he said he was sorry about 50 times, idk what for because he was absolutely fantastic and it was like only his 3rd day or something. Came in at 2pm, so food wasn’t near the quality it would’ve been 12 hours from then but it was always a backup plan anyways. And they didn’t have Cholula so it’s a 4/5 for me dawg.
