Where do I begin? Thoroughly disgusted with this location. 2 employees stoned out of their minds. This photo is of one of them. Their chairs are all flipped upside down on the tables at 5pm. We found one table with the chairs upright. I ordered my usual here a large New York steamer and my daughter a turkey bacon ranch. I had one small sliver of meat on my large sub and it was ice cold. Also pictured is my $3.19 drink. They had no carbonation in their machine so I had to pour my coke out and settle for lemonade that also ran out after filling this tiny cup. Restaurant is filthy and uninviting. My tab was $26.71. How disappointing.

Manager was OUTSTANDNG, she happily made my experience what I know Firehouse to be. Had just come from another location which failed miserably at making our sub but she listened and heard my issues and made it right ✅️ Thankful for this location 🙏

I will never ever spend money here. My company Republic Service have spent THOUSANDS of dollars at this location. We went to place a large order Tuesday NOBODY was inside maybe 3 ppl. Some of the employees were standing around talking and One of the workers were actually sitting down eating. One of the workers immediately said they wouldn’t take the large because it had to be placed 2hrs in advance. So another worker asked if I could wait for an hour, I told her that would be fine. All of that for her to let another coworker convince her to say no. All because they didn’t want to do the work. We have placed PLENTY large orders and it has NEVER took 2 hrs. I placed a call to my office They wanted to speak with one of the employees to ask if they could do the order as well and the worker tried handing another employee the phone the employee RUDELY STATED “I don’t wanna speak to her”. Had it been my business I would NEVER allow my employees to turn down $500 orders. Nobody was rude to them or anything we specifically needed the food. Even on a regular day I wouldn’t spend here.

Food was good. Place was super dirty though. Lady at register and shorter girl was super rude didn’t even make eyes contact and seemed we where inconveniencing her that we where here ordering. Even laughing at customers as they ordered food. I ordered a large sub so I can have some later. Always loved saving some for later and they both laughed at me. Super rude place and I can’t believe their behaviors. One I’m even sure was a manager. Seems they have an issue with that here per reviews I have seen before that. Very disappointing when your whole job is to help customers.

Just got kicked out of their dining room after we purchased our food. They called our name we got our food then they asked us to leave. I asked why, they stated that it is Saturday and they close their dining area because they were too busy. Mean while there was staff everywhere. They were a couple in the dining room standing around and "hanging out" acting unprofessional and being rude to customers while the customers were trying to fill their drinks. One of the staff was ignorant to the customers around him while trying to fill his own cup before customers could get to theirs. I asked to speak to a manager to find out more about why the dining room was closed. They refused to get the manager.

Had the Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket sandwich. The food was good as was the customer service. Associates were friendly and helpful. One of the machines they use to heat the food wasn’t working. If I hadn’t been watching what took place I would have been upset at how long it took to get my food. The workers handled it well and kept me informed about what was happening. Not your average mall food.

My salad wasn’t right, didn’t get any ranch. This location is always “out of sugar” so sweet tea is usually not available. And the cashier had an attitude when I asked for a refund. As a mall worker I come here often but I’ll probably stop because of the service.
