Jack In The Box

Yum yum yummy! I was in town on business for a few days. Day 1 I stopped here to eat because it was convenient. I’m so glad I did! I ended up eating here every day of my trip. The only reason why I took a star off is because the staff was not very personable. I’m all about good service and unfortunately they fell short. BUT the variety of food and the taste of the food are great! So go get you something good to eat! Maybe I will see you there!!!

I drove to this location specifically closest to my home. I work nights at the local Police Department and went out my way to dine here. I get there no one comes on the drive thru speaker I said Hello only to get told to hold not asked if I minded waiting ok fine. I wait ten more minutes after now four cars has gotten behind me I say hello again only to be rudely told to hold on. I said I've been in this drive thru 15-20minutes already how long do you expect me to hold on. She replies well drive off! I said no I waited twenty minutes I have my kids I've earned for you take my order! Silence and I wait another five minutes after taking my order I get to the window no sorry for your wait nothing! Miranda was very rude for no reason and then I get home and my order was wrong! I didn't even get what I came to get Very disappointed. I call to complain to the manager and they tell me we are busy right now! I will definitely be making the recommendation to our Chief of Police that we no longer patron this business! Poor SERVICE for no reason at all!! I ordered eggrolls and loaded tacos got neither on top of that!! My order was wrong I got a box full of nuggets instead of egg rolls and my nachos weren't loaded

Food wasn't hot, but came out fast...drinks seemed as if they had been sitting cause ice was almost all the way melted, gave us tea instead of asking if we wanted tea 😆 when I told them the fries were dark brown and tasted of old greese, also were supossed to be curly cheese fries...the lady said...well I didn't take your order...when I was given my right fries...I had to ask them for straws, napkins and ketchup, the lady rolled her eyes, handed me the bag and shut window!! Very not satisfied...burger was pretty good, new cheese fries were hot and good, although all cheese was to one side and microwaved melted lice cheese 😆 🤣 over all give them a 1, just because they looked clean and line wasn't backed up, however I guess thats the reason why not packed!

Wow worked here 6yrs 2000~2006. Very sad reading these comments, we had an awesome restaurant back then. Must say WAY TO GO RAY!!! You were always a wonderful employee, glad to see you still there.. Do miss the Sourdough Jack and the Oreo shake!! Was very disappointed reading what the officer said. We always honored our visiting officer's. We stayed at Great Wolf Lodge and were so excited to see a Jack in the box! We had a group of 7 and didn't want to go through drive thru but the lobby was closed. Our total was $70 and the crew was super pleasant despite our tedious order. Not once did they make it seem like we incovienced them . Great job!

I have wonderful memories of eating at Jack in the Box here in my neck of the woods (Norfolk & Va Beach, VA.) when I was a kid. However at some point while I was a teen they pulled out of the area and never came back. Much to my surprise I saw they were available while I was down in Charlotte last weekend and decided that I would grab a burger on my way out of town. I popped into this Concord location and the building looked pretty cool, nothing like the buildings 70's era design that remains in my area. The staff was friendly and I ordered the Classic Buttery Burger with some curly fries and an iced tea. After a short wait they handed me a tray with everything freshly made and I took a seat and prepared to eat my meal. Then ARG! So let's just pull the bandaid off. This burger stunk. No I don't mean it smelled bad, it didn't. It was dressed well, the meat was fresh, it was cooked properly. It's just a bad burger. I felt like I was eating something from a Murray's steaks. The thing was just beyond sub par. End rant. Everything else about my burger was fine, Bun, toppings, etc. The curly fries were also excellent. If anyone from Jack in the Box ever reads this, guys you need to change your burger patties. Everyone's is better than this turd. I've been told the taco's are good, and the chicken sandwiches as well so next time I try a Jack in the Box I'll go that route. But I'll never eat one of those beef patty's again. Not if it's like that. Never.
