Starbucks

I had a horrible experience at this store. I came into the store and ordered 3 drinks. First, all the drinks were not labeled and were made the wrong way. I am not sure why I continue to come to this Starbucks because it is horrible service. My son works at the one in Salisbury and that store is better in tune with what's going on around them. They are specific when they ask you what you want in your drink and they give you the correct drink and it is made the correct way. My experience with this one in kannapolis is horrible and I will never give them any more of my money. It's not like the coffee is inexpensive. I am paying a good amount of money for drinks that aren't even made right and I refuse to do it anymore.

It's a very good starbucks. They are friendly and kind, not to mention my order is almost always correct. The only issue I have is the music is always extremely loud. It's hard to find a place I can do homework/study since my usual coffee shop is becoming more of a place to "hang out" then to have a coffee shop vibe as I can work in peace. Update: This location has been renovated and looks really nice. Service has been good in my XP. Previous: This location has improved a lot. The drinks used to come out tasting a little off and they used to be really slow, but I've noticed a slow improvement. I'm glad too b/c this is the closest Starbucks to my home.

I ordered through the app and went into location, I was not greeted, not acknowledged at all. I waited for about 15 minutes and still haven’t received a hello or anything from none of the four workers. Three customers came in after me of different race and was greeted with the friendliest smile and orders came up immediately. I requested a refund and left. Disappointed, I’ve never witnessed this for myself personally until today. That’s wild!

I visited this morning a little before 6:30 am. I decided to walk in and place my order. When I walked through the door I was not greeted. When I got to the counter to order, 2 girls working behind the counter literally stared at me like "what do you want?" Then looked away from me with an eyeroll and continued gossiping about their lives. A friendly young man behind the counter had to come around them to another register to ring me up. I sat patiently for my coffee to be made. I realized it was taking a long time especially with them not being busy. The young man caught my eye and looked for my coffee. He had to apologize for the 2 girls because they not only didn't call my name to tell me the coffee was ready, they had placed it in the wrong spot for online pickups. Terrible start to the day. I work in customer service. This is not how you treat customers. I never get coffee out but I was in a hurry so I did that morning. I will not be back.

June 17th, 2022. I'm in Concord helping move a friend. It's 98 degrees with a small breeze but I'm roasting. I overhear a girl talking about Starbucks and it's only 2 miles away! I took everyone's drink orders and got there quick. There was a lot of online orders but my order was easy, four Venti Caramel Frappuccinos and one Venti Hazelnut Frappuccino. The lady made them up and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Great crew working together. Clean store, clean unisex bathrooms, no trash on the floor. New merchandise on display.

Not only was one of the drinks made incorrectly but both fraps I ordered were incredibly liquidy and the decaf caramel frap tasted like straight, unsweetened coffee. Everytime my sister goes to this location they always mess up the drinks so I'm not suprised anymore. The only reason I left two stars is because I recieved my drinks quickly.
