Moe's Southwest Grill

Every time I have been to this Moe's everything has been great. Last night I placed an order online for pickup and I was worried they may not see my note about wanting my drink as a sweet tea because I didn't have that option online. I was thrilled to see that they did, and my entire order was correct. The staff was quick and precise. My order was perfect. Thank you everyone and keep up the good work! I will be back again soon!

Got my free birthday burrito in a burrito bowl on Moe's Monday where it was busy. Got in and out so fast and everyone was super friendly. Clean restaurant. Great food. SO much food for the price! Delicious fresh ingredients are always used. The Chipotle sauce is amazing. Always free chips and housemade salsa with every order.

Been coming here for two years now and it’s been great. Since they hired this new gal she only gives you half scoops. Now this may be cause of supply chain issues but then you get charged $19 for THIS. Anyone that’s ever gone to moes in Concord knows that this is only half of what they typically give you and the price is usually $12. So MOES, you lost a customer. Sorry

My friend and I walked in to the restaurant and there young adults ahead of us that must have know the workers. We were waited on as a non important guess. Compared to the young adults We had asked for cheese dip prior to paying and was told 5$ after we have paid for our bill. R Jay was very helpful and said you know what you can have it for all the issues while standing here in line. I may try this location again because of R Jay Service is as important at customer service

I picked up catering for my nursing home staff at this location and I was accidentally charged twice. I brought this to the manager and it was corrected by the end of the day. They even followed up that evening to ensure everything was taken care of. Everyone greeted me with a smile also which says a lot about their customer service. We will continue to order catering from here when we have events at my facility.

Moe's was a weekly staple in our office for years, but since Covid, this location has gone seriously downhill. Today during my visit, they were out of ingredients, the floors, serving area and counters were disgusting and the hygiene of the employees left something to be desired. The employee who took my order proceeded to handle my payment (with her gloves on) and then returned to continue process additional orders without changing gloves. Please do better Moes....

Because of the BFF BOGO, Moes was pretty crowded this evening. There were about four employees and the line was to the door. I had ordered online (as I normally do) but when I got to the register the food hadn’t been prepared. I went to my car and waited maybe ten minutes. When I went back inside the order still wasn’t ready. BUT the way I saw those young people working was such a sight. They remained positive, kind and helpful. The team was laughing with the customers and encouraging each other and no one in line seemed upset about the wait. The employees were wearing gloves and restocking sauces and informing those waiting that it wouldn’t be long. They also offered drinks to those of us waiting for online orders. The display of teamwork and positivity must be noted and I hope commended. Thanks for your time! p.s. I’m giving four stars only because I want tofu! I understand the supply chain issues but it still makes me sad 😭. I do wish the system could update so that you knew what was out of stock before placing your order.
