Mcdonald's

Needed a quick breakfast option, quality of the biscuit has diminished but I understand food chains tend to change products. The orange juice served was 98% water of course giving benefit of the doubt I took it without saying anything here again thinking it’s a different brand, I was wrong and was given a $3 large water with a splash of OJ. After this and the previous visit with them ordering a macchiato to hand me a latte then to correct my order took 18mins all together has me finally realizing to avoid this site altogether. It’s the 2 most recent incidents among a handful of issues I’ve had but after this morning I finally felt like writing about it!

This is by far the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. They say they close at 11, but I have gone at 1035, 1040, 1045, 1050, and have been told each time that they are closed. I have also ordered a mocha frappe later in the day or evening, and been told that they are closing soon so they cannot give it to me. It is bogus that they shut down their machines 45 minutes before closing. Most recently, I placed a DoorDash order at 10:25 and it was scheduled to be delivered within 20 minutes. I received a message at 10:45, the arrival time for my order, that the order was canceled because McDonald’s told them they were closed. This is absolutely ridiculous and truly, a manager should be notified that they are constantly closing long before their actual closing time.

This McDonald’s has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. They will not take your order if you go inside. The manger should be fired. She will look right at you while the line gathers. I had to wait 15 minutes while she ignored me and the rest of the customer’s. Not the first time it’s every time. Unless u go thru the drive thru don’t expect any service…

Very unpleasant experience at this location. It seemed very clean and had the self-ordering kiosk which was nice. I was taking pictures to prepare to give a review. I was approached by the manager who told me I couldn't take pictures inside. When I inquired as to why, she said it was per the owner. She was quite rude and when I asked her name she said "What's your name." Her name was Belinda. We still ate our food since we had already ordered. It was dry and didn't seem fresh. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the restaurant was clean and they had the kiosk. Go up an exit for a better experience.
