I would like for a manager or owner to reach out to me please. I come to smoothie King a lot and the last couple of times have been just teens working. On a busy day like new year’s there is only 3 teens working and out of the 3 only 1young lady seemed to be mixing all the smoothies and still trying to be polite with customers. Thank you to the one young lady working hard. There need to at least be an adult in the building to handle complaints and help these teens out!!!!! Unacceptable for an owner to allow teens to run this establishment!

I got a banana and peanut butter smoothie and it was good. My little brother got a kids chocolate smoothie and he didn't like it. Probably because it had whey in his kids smoothie. In my opinion that is kind of weird. The picture is his smoothie.

Always delicious! Any time I need a quick lunch, Smoothie King is always a great choice. The have a huge selection and the prices are very fair for an entire meal in a cup! Stop by and get your protein boost on!

We made an online order to pick up, arrived to find not one person in there. Lady in front of us actually had to call the store to make sure you all were open. We still had to wait longer for our order as well.
I left 3 stars because this was my first negative experience here (usually it’s positive) and I really hope it’s my last because I love the smoothies

It stays pretty busy, but everyone was nice. I will say know what you want, they are not good for offering suggestions. It was tasty. The have specials.

I've been coming to this location for several years, and I'm sorry to say that the customer service has seriously declined. My last 2 trips they didn't make my smoothie right - I give one extra instruction so the smoothie is less sweet, and the instruction was neither typed in nor written down. Therefore ignored. I brought it to the staff's attention and there's just no "satisfaction guaranteed" (like they promise on the big sticker at checkout!) that they care about. The attitude was that of being inconvenienced that they made it wrong. I'm so frustrated. I love what this company stands for, but this local staff has gotten pretty bad.

I’ve been going to this location for several years now. It seems since the remodel the quality of the product sold has lessened. I go to this several times a week and it seems i get something different even though I order the same thing. Please train your staff to be consistent each and every time as it doesn’t seem the same level of quality is given as it use to.
