Ej's On Main

You don't expect a hotel to have a Brick Oven but EJ's on Main in the Holiday Inn, Concord Downtown does! We had the Meat Lovers Pizza and WOW, Chef John prepared the pizza perfectly and Heather kept our water and beer pints full. The restaurant had a decent crowd and these two made serving everyone look easy. A must visit, if not for the best service.... the Brick Oven. I was too anxious and didn't get a picture of the whole pie.

The food is amazing, albeit a little unorganized when it comes to taking orders but the staff is friendly and nice, food is good and orders were accurate. Chef was super nice..Stayed in the hotel after my bday party and found out from my husband I didnt eat much of my dinner and gave my leftovers away much to my dismay at 10pm and I was finally hungry. The chef went and whipped me up a batch of mac and cheese out of kindness. I can handle some disorganized ordering when it comes to dealing with kind and personable staff!

Conveniently located in the Holiday Inn at the intersection of Main St and Loudon Rd in Concord. The brick oven pizza is usually excellent. Even on a bad day, it's one of the best in town. Nice bar, but looking forward to the return of tap beer after the Covid era. It would be nice to see some local beers here! Most of the bartenders are competent and personable - Christian is absolutely the best! The rating would be a 5 the other menu items were better tasting.
