Dunkin'

Possibly the worst dunkin I have ever been to. GM is abusive to her staff & I have heard her yelling at them on the drive thru speaker many times. The line is consistently slower when the GM is taking orders and the coffee is always wrong. The only decent employees who used to work there seem to be gone over the past few months…such a disappointment but not surprising considering the terrible management

One of the dirtiest, poorly maintain dunkins if every patroned. Don't look at the floor behind the register 🤮 not sure if the floors have been washed since winter since there is salt build up in the crevasses. It also took 20mins to get my single coffee. A poor elderly women was waiting patiently to be served and a young girl working told her, "you'll have to wait. I have no idea how to work that thing." (referring to the POS system) Three people left AFTER paying instead of waiting a minute longer. Coffee was as expected. 2 stars

We all have bad days however, It takes one second to be kind to other people especially your coworkers, unfortunately, the woman making sandwiches this morning at the S. Main St. location in Concord NH was so rude to her coworker at the window I was embarrassed for him. Very uncool. I pray that her day got better, and his too. As my mother always told me, if you can’t be nice to people then don’t say anything at all.

The Dunkin’ Donuts on Main Street is a hit or miss sometimes it’s great sometimes not much so much I don’t think it’s their fault I think it might be a training/management fall but I don’t know but they are good people sometimes have good coffee but I find that the best coffee is in downtown Main Street in Concord
