2 crunchwrap supremes, and 2 soft tacos…. Are you serious? This is them just taken out of the wrapper. What the hell is this??? Flat, deformed, AND THEY’RE BASICALLY EMPTY?!?! I will never be back to this Taco Bell. Don’t waste your money, you'll have to go somewhere else right after anyways. Horrible. You should all be fired.

Ordered 2 burritos, both were barely warm and the cheese wasn't even melted on one. The other's tortilla was completely attached to the wrapper and it looked like it had been sitting out for a very long time and was briefly reheated before being given to me. I had opened it within 5 minutes of departing the restaurant. Couldn't even eat that one...

Yet another order made wrong. My husband travels 30mins from canterbury almost and they dont make it fresco, so theres cheese and im lactose intolerant. Almost no beans, Missing guac and No tomatos either. Guy on phone lied and said i can get a refund through the app and then wont answer the phone again. I dont understand why its so hard to read remove xxx and add xxx abd follow it. Ive lost track of the times ive had to have them remake an order when i go in person. But now that we live farther away this just sucked and was inconvenient and rude. Had the tilton tacobell mess up my order recently too. Times ive been to portsmouth as well. Train your employees to know what fresco means! 5/14/21 Disappointing tonight. Rude drive thru lady, and they didnt follow the rule of making my burritos fresco, so there was the dairy still in them and no tomatoes. Im allergic to dairy, and pregnant and now left puking because i didn't realize right away when i started eating. I definitely didnt want to turn around from home, or wait in the always long and time consuming drive thru line to have them remake them tonight. Just plain sucks.

The workers and management at this location clearly don’t pay much attention to the actual job, and would rather joke around with each other. They tried to give us one more drink than we ordered, and when we said we didn’t order a third drink it was like we were speaking nonsense that they had no idea what to do. (They charged us for it too) They then closed the window without saying anything while we just sat in the drive through waiting. We were given no communication about the return and we could just hear the manager inside joking while eating French fries “Hurry up guys, this guy wants his food!”. After a few more minutes of waiting our food was just quickly handed to us without a word and a couple of coupons and they closed the window before we could even say anything. We drove away and realized that they also didn’t give us straws or napkins, so we went back and I went inside and the manager was just continuing to make jokes with other customers/employees. The food overall wasn’t bad, but we asked for no tomatoes on the tacos and there was still tomatoes and one taco had only lettuce, cheese, and sour cream but no meat. It just seems like the staff isn’t paying attention and they need to work on their customer service and communication to create a better customer experience.

Such a disappointment. The steak burrito Supremes had not even an ounce of fajita style steak pieces, half the wrap was empty, so it was card board in flavor and texture, the crunch wraps were also light on ingredients unlike 12-18 months ago. It's like the favor speed over quality and the prices DO NOT REFLECT quality. Very over priced for what got get even in these tight tough times.

I’ve ordered a crunch wrap supreme From here three Times in the past year, it’s been a disaster each time. Soggy, ingredients old, barely any lettuce or meat and even ordering extra meat did not make a difference. It’s always a disappointment here. Don’t waste your money I certainly won’t again. I recommend ordering from the one in Hooksett New Hampshire it was made perfect and was so good.
