Gloria Jeans Coffees

Ok, appreciate they work for Christmas. Ordered 2 soy lattes and 1 cuppucino with iced chocolate. After waiting for orders that were placed after us got out, I asked if they forgot about my order. The lady, who probably is the owner replied that we ordered chilled drink so everyone got their first. We waited for 30 minutes, we knew that we will wait for a while but that was it. Do not order chilled drinks if you do not want to wait for prolonged time. The crew is probably nice when they are not stressed but today customer service failed.

The only reason I come here is because of the view, and the proximity to the hotel I stay at. The coffee here is really not that nice, especially considering there is a cafe selling Nessun Dorma just up the road. Also, GJs has become one of the more expensive coffee shops I have found, especially considering the taste of the coffee. They do have a wifi network that will auto connect, and without those annoying sign-ups that many other cafes have, which, for me at least is a big bonus. But, if you're not bothered too much about the taste of your coffee, but want a quiet space to sit, with good wifi, it's pretty good.
