Simply Thai

Waited over an hour for food. When food finally arrived, there was no rice. We called restaurant and had to order rice which was $15 for 2 large rice! I let the lady know we had starving young children and would appreciate it if the rice came soon. She said no worries, it will be 15 minutes. 30 minutes later I had to call again to ask where the rice was. She said 5 minutes. Another 30 minutes later I had to call again and explained my kids have had to wait over 2 hours to eat and that I thought I shouldn't have to pay for the rice...She went absolutely crazy on the phone, and then asked, "Do you want the rice or not? Stop wasting my time!" I was gobsmacked and had two starving kids so I had to bite my tongue and say yes. We waited another 5 minutes before the rice came. Overall the food was terrible. We ordered 4 seperate dishes plus the rice and the only thing positive was the flavour of the seafood laksa, but even that came with only about 5 pieces of old floury seafood. These people are absolute cheap assess and extremely rude. I highly recommend not supporting this type of business and order elsewhere. Simply Thai, Simply Terrible.

Food is ok. But beware these girls a very sneeky. Ive been short changed a couple of times, didn't worry about it too much. but last time I payed with a $20 note and two $5 notes. She held the money in 1 hand and slid $5 with her thumb so it dropped on the ground, then told me I was $5 short! Trust me she didnt drop it accidently.
