This store previous experience was very pleasant, but now the tables are used, the floor is filled with debris, and the restroom needs lots of attention. The new hired staff needs training to focus on customer needs and not playing around as much.

I mean most Culver’s restaurants are pretty much the same, so far have always been satisfied with them. It was what I expected. Pretty much always get the cod dinner there.

First time being here. Good food but didn't know I had to put the sticky number on my mirror until I saw the car in front of me do it. Instructions at the window would be nice, though I'm sure they assume everyone has been there before.

One of your older counter employees was polite, enthusiastic, and cared about her job more than I've ever seen in fast food. She went above and beyond in every way. She asked about my day and told me to stay safe when she delivered my order with a smile. She deserves a raise and should be the one to teach others how to promote positivity the way she does. It was a great experience, and i look forward to seeing her again.

Could not understand a word the lady who brought our shake out was saying. Prices are crazy but unfortunately a sign of the times. Getting harder to justify patronizing fast food anymore.

So quick, even if there's a line of cars around the building! I don't mind waiting tho even if it is packed. The older lady that I usually see running orders out to cars is awesome, and I was actually disappointed that someone else brought my food to my car the last time because I always try to tip her! I don't know her name, but that woman deserves a raise! Lbvs! 😀

Picked up via the drive thru. Staff was pleasant enough, but no real energy or smiling coming from them. It was a cold and dreary Sunday night so I don't hold it against them. Food was perfect, fresh and hot, and the burger stayed intact even with all the toppings. No napkins or sauce packets were included in the bag. Location was clean and well-kept.

Best fast food burgers by far. A double cheeseburger with grilled onions is less than $7. Can't beat that. I don't usually eat fast food but when someone says Culver's I'm all about it. The staff is incredibly friendly.

The double cheeseburgers and peanut butter/chocolate milkshakes are my favorite, absolutely delicious! There's so many mulch and milkshakes flavors to choose from it's hard to make a decision because they are all very good! Customer service, weather at the counter, or at the tables he's very good. All of the employees have been well taught! If I could I'd go here everyday for at least one meal! It's located on Big bend just off of interstate 44 next to the old Hardee's.

Food was great, but there were 6 noisy children ages (10-13) they were running through the restaurant, talking loudly. The people (adults) that were with them totally ignored them! They left after a half hour. Lots of employees, but all were teenagers. No adult in sight. I love Culvers, but apparently, they need older management. This was a Sunday afternoon.
