Rich And Charlie's

This is a nice comfy place to eat and talk. The staff is friendly, the setting sizes are plentiful... enough usually for 2 meals so take some home if you buy the full size .. or order normal size and have one meal. The food is good. It's just a very nice atmosphere for getting together with friends.

Server Julie(?) Made the evening exceptional. The huge portions were delicious. The Taste of Italy gave us lots to take home at a reasonable price. We stayed and talked as we were celebrating a birthday and never were rushed to leave. I substituted a bowl of stuffed pepper soup for the unlimited salad without a question, a great soup choice for me.

Had a after funeral lunch in the back dining room on Tuesday. Everything was set up and tables were set with water and lunch rolls. It all looked very nice and refreshing to see. Service was good and food was hot and delicious. I was able to keep my ice tea glass full. We sat and visited with our relatives for several hours. Thank You Rich &Charlie’s

Stellar restaurant. Service was fantastic. Not only were they attentive and polite, they anticipated things like extra plates for splitting meals for our children. Portions were also huge. Everything was appropriately priced as well and the place is just simply pleasant inside. Great place. Really enjoyed it.

We go to Rich and Charlie's about 3 times a year on average. The last few times have been disappointing, but today was wonderful!! The food was back to being wonderful again!! And the service was also wonderful!! Our waitress was quick and extremely friendly! She was getting very busy but she was continuing to be very pleasant and helpful!! We will definitely be going back!! We were about to stop going, but today really turned it around for us!!! Thank you!!!

Have been going to this place for decades. The Steak Mudega is my go-to. But anything on this menu is amazing!!! The food always comes out to perfection! The staff are always super friendly. And the atmosphere is very cozy. Emil and Diane are the owners and are the kindest people and occasionally come to your table to see how your dining experience is. Truly caring people. Highly recommended and locally owned.

Service was amazing! I had the cannaloni. Tasted like it was already prepared and just rewarmed. Just warm when it was presented to me. I expected more with the price. I paid $70 + bill for my family for food that was not authentic and felt like it was grabbed rewarmed and presented to us. Too expensive for the food that was presented.

The service here was absolutely fantastic. He checked on us regularly, made sure our drinks stayed full, gave us updates on our entrees (seemed to take a big longer than usual), offered refills of salad. Just all around fantastic and really made dining here a five star experience. We started off with fresh bread and butter. Can’t go wrong when the bread is still warm! We ordered toasted raviolis as an appetizer which had plenty of parmesan on top and were delicious. The house salad is great with the right amount of Italian dressing and tang. I ordered the Cavatelli and the portions are HUGE. I should have ordered a half portion which our server suggested. Listen to your server folks. It was good, very creamy, but probably could have benefitted from adding a protein. I’ll know for next time cause I will be back!
