I love it, love it, love it! My first time eating here was today and the food is amazing! I had the Italian sausage sandwich and a Maxwell polish with fries. Everything had flavor and was delicious. I definitely will return for more! The staff is also very friendly i felt at home.

The food is great. I had the Italian Breaded steak sandwich on Monday and came back on Wednesday for the Italian beef and sausage sandwich.
The guys here are great, and make sure to make sure you are happy.
Prices are also fantastic, and portions are huge!

They have a rather small menu for a place that seems to compete with Pops, Portillos or any other of the American food places around.
They seem to cook everything freshly though so it does take a while to get your food before you can eat.
Their fries are delicious and cooked and salted perfectly.
The Philly state was yummy, but it wasn't quite as full as I would have liked it.

Such a cool place! The owner was such a character & quite friendly and very informative about the menu. All the food options were so inexpensive and so good! We are staying for a week and will definitely be back for the Italian Beef!

Though I did not go there personally my husband brought home an Italian beef with sausage and their homemade giardiniera in fresh yummy French bread and it blew my mind, definitely try it you won't be disappointed. If you don't like hot remove seeds from the jalapeños.

This place has the BEST beefs, among many other menu items including the Chicago staple: the Pizza Puff. Forget about Portillos way across the lot...I would go here ANY day over that insane place, where there is 100 people in your way.

Food was great ordered a combo the sausage was grilled and the beef was thin and shredded just the way it's supposed to be.Im an Italian American and I'm very picky,I would highly recommend carusos!
