Apparently if you come at the last hour or 7:15pm in my case (ordered at 6:30pm) btw the employees will deliberately mess up your order thanks I really only wanted cheese in my sandwich. Edit: I don’t want anything from the owners you lost a loyal customer due to the way I was treated during my call to the actual store. Peace ✌️

Gluten free and pregnant is rough and Jimmy Johns is my go to for no nitrates and unwiches. The staff was really patient with my preggo brain fog and accommodating when I forgot the unwich part of my order(!) I think someone was training and they were doing well with the help of their team, we were actually in a rush and everything came out so quickly, order was correct and they even brought us napkins. Thanks for a satisfying no hassle easy meal!

Delicious sandwiches majority of the time, it almost feels like some stores do it better. Best sandwiches comes from Evergreen Park store. Try other locations then you will be back to that one.

Update: It gets worse. I just went to use the $10 gift card which they said has 0. I told them cancel the order that I could see they already made. I'll go to one of your competitors instead.
I ordered a giant turkey with cheese which I paid extra for and a giant beach club (avocado and turkey). I received a turkey without cheese and a beach club without turkey...the meat...the main part of the sandwich. My dad ate 25% of his sandwich before we realized this. When we returned they tried to say they remembered putting turkey on my sandwich as if I was lying. They had the sandwich at this point so they should have been able to see there was never turkey on it. They remade the sandwiches but gave my dad half the size we paid for. They also did not give our receipt back.
When I contacted corporate through "contact us" they blamed me for not having the receipt the same way they tried to blame me for the missing turkey. This is not the way to treat customers. I will never be back and no one else should. There is no shortage of sandwich restaurants all of which have much better customer service and general quality of service to start with then this.

Very clean, covid ready...I had to use an app in order to get my discount. It was my first time and the staff was VERY helpful. First time there, great experience!

All three of the guys working there are absolute space cadets with zero customer service. Wasn't greeted. How do you screw up a turkey provolone with just lettuce? Especially when I explained it to you and listed the three(3)ingredients several times? Absolutely astounding.
When I came back to ask for the correct order not so much as an apology or even acknowledgment that it was wrong. Everyone who worked there came over to inspect the receipt and the sandwich to see what was wrong with it. They did give me the correct sandwich eventually but again with the zero tact tor customer service. I'm just going to go to the one in Alsip from now on because wow.
