meet fresh is always good, no matter where it is haha. this place is huuuuge though and they got a pretty steady flow of customers. we ordered 2 different bowls and a boba drink. they're very generous with their boba and toppings in general. we also ordered half sugar and in my opinion it's the perfect sweetness as it's not too sweet haha. they have self order screen that made it so convenient and they also have a lot of large tables that made it fun and easy to sit together with friends and family, eat shaved ice and talk

2 star deduction for the kiosk only ordering system and takeout containers used for dine-in customers. Some folks get confused using the kiosks, and if another customer doesn't help them, it causes significant delay to the line. At least in my experience, the employees were too occupied to help those having difficulties. While I tried to help, I don't speak Chinese, so my attempt at assistance didn't go far. Further, the takeout containers for dine-in customers cheapens the experience, and makes the dessert compressed/not as appealing. Given they have dine-in at this point, I'd prefer to eat dessert in the old glass serving bowls / stop wasting tons of paper cups unnecessarily. The food itself is good (standard Meet Fresh taste and quality which is solid) and the dining room is spacious and generally well maintained. However the issues above stop me from giving a higher rating. Happy to revise my rating once the above changes! \ (•◡•) /

Hot and cold treats that many Americans may not be familiar with. I had warm tofu and red bean soup with hot matcha tea with boba. You can also customize the level of sugar. Definitely worth checking out. You can order online or at their self checkout kiosks and they will text you when the order is ready for pickup.

I ordered the Q mochi milk shaved ice. It was okay, I would like the ice to be more fine, but when you mix the ice cream and jelly together, it was good. It was sweet and it hit the spot. I ordered MEDIUM size. If you wanted the prettier one then it will be LARGE and it comes in a circular tray with the ice cream on top. This spot is one of the dessert/hangout spots that is open late in Cupertino. Lots of people come here and work on their laptops or catch up with friends while they eat a snack. There is a huge variety of different things to try! Parking is plentiful in the parking garage which is about a 3 minute walk away.

A decent Asian style dessert place, but the staff does not explain well the menu, so it is recommended if you have a friend who is familiar if you are not familiar with this kind of dessert. Beware they do not carry mango or most other fruits. Warning: groups planning for a short game session are NOT welcome here…
