Worst experience at a coffee shop. Today at 6:45 a.m. I ordered turkey bacon egg sandwich and only got bacon egg. Didn’t even call my name when order was ready AND I left them a tip. Should’ve took my money back. Place is garbage and needs to rehire new employees.

Like any other Peet's. No shortage of customers or workers, though fewer people who park & linger, so much more seating available. Great coffee (strong) like always. We sat inside bc it was really chilly out. Staff were competent though the latte took quite a while to come out.

It’s a great location and the service is really good. Good seating outdoors and indoors. I’ve been here a few times now and mostly gone for the cold brew which was good. I’m only taking a star off for the hot drinks which never taste as good - probably due to beans.

They close to early. 6 pm. Really!
And don't try to get coffee at 5:45 because they're already shutting down and cleaning up.
This group is so stupid. Pete's should go back to pre covid hours. The place will fill up once the words out. The reason for these coffee joints is for people to meet and hang out. Get real peets. Wake up and smell the mota.

I ordered coffee and a food item. The coffee came out fine but the food item was still half frozen. I was already gone before I found out. The employees seem nice and attentive

Pretty big foam bubbles, not in a good way. My latte is more like a cappuccino as a result, the milk only goes up to 1/3 of the cup...
