Liked the ambience, big glass windows, lots of natural lighting, with outdoor seating. Ordered roast beef and other meats panini. I liked the bread, not too hard or too soft, airy. Not too many slices of roast beef, not too much flavors either. It was an okay sandwich. Unfortunately, kind of small for the price, not very high CP, probably one of the reason for the slow business on a Sunday lunch time. Service was so so, could use a bit more friendliness and warmth!

Authentic Italian prosciutto sliced to perfection, aged well, and delicious makes great sandwiches especially with bread that is crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside and a generous amount of veggies.

Good sandwiches but one is not enough. Even for a light eater, sandwiches are more of an appetizer than a full meal. Expensive for what you get. Friendly but slow service.

I did not know a simple sandwich can taste this good. Great service too.

We've been wanting to try this place for a while, finally got around to it. Ordered an appetizer plate of meats and cheeses, and a sandwich each. The food was fine. The bread really makes the sandwich I think. But it took maybe 40-45 minutes for them to serve our food and the restaurant only had a handful of other tables full at that point. A panini usually does not take that long to make, nor does arranging some sliced meat and cheese on a plate.
The waitress even commented that it normally only takes 5 minutes for a sandwich to come out, but that her kitchen staff was new so they were struggling that day. But there is a world of difference between 5 minutes and 45 minutes, especially when there's a toddler at your table.
We enjoyed the food we ordered but we probably won't be coming back soon.

The sandwiches here are fantastic! We had both the vegetarian, as well as one with their 24-month aged Prosciutto di Parma; the bread was wonderfully fresh with a pleasant crunchy crust, and fresh vegetables. They have a great wine selection, and serve espresso, and a unique way of serving the iced tea! The prices seemed surprisingly low for the quality of the food. A very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The atmosphere is very comfortable. They also have happy hours, and have wifi.

Small but cozy place, fine sandwiches and wine, nice place to escape from a burning summer day.
Update: Went again, think I have to change my previous review. They have set way too many seats they don't really have the capacity to take care of. As a result, the service quality is outrageous during peak time. Had waited for 10+ minutes just wanted to attract the waitress' attention to order something, then we finally chose to leave. Very disappointed.

First time here. A band mate and I met for lunch and he mentioned a bunch of places, but when he said “Italian sandwich deli place” I told him, that’s it. I was not disappointed! We go there just at noon, and it was not crowded yet. We ordered the Milano 2015. As soon as it came out toasted, I knew this was at least a 4 star place. It was tasty! Go to the website and read the menu or view photos. It was a little pricey, but for aged meat coming from Italy, in the heart of Cupertino, I guess it was appropriately priced. I’ll be back!
