Great customer service!
The manager is a good guy, he made it through all my clowning and having fun at the counter!
Nat was incredible!
I saw her grinding on the prepare station and she took time out to help me order the two pies that I forgot to get for my wife.
The front stock was out so she had to go all the way to the back. There was no problem!
She's very humble and I believe she can take business to the next level. Salute to her!!
But Wait! There's more! as I am typing this review outside to location, I just saw her deliver a curbside meal to someone!
She is a superstar she deserves five stars!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I know her parents are proud!!

Fast food is something we all are guilty of grabbing after a long day, and sometimes when we just want comfort. Burger King on Keowee Street is where we landed. There was one person visible, she took the order, she cooked the order, she took the money for the order and she gave us the order. We waited until it was way past "fast food" time. But after a longer wait that we anticipated, she handed us the order. I could see she was so stressed she was about to explode into tears. Then she realized that the car behind me wasn't patient and had left the line. Her voice broke when she asked me, "did they leave?". Shame on you Burger King. That young woman is worth so much more than that, she doesn't stop trying, she is gracious, she is determined to do her job. I sure hope she gets one. (a job). By the way, she made the best onion rings I have ever had at Burger King. Oh, and your store was out of multiple food items as well as carriers for drinks.

I will not be returning to the Burger King on Keowee Street and Dixie Drive in Dayton, Ohio. I went through the drive thru ,ordered 1 medium onion ring, 1 medium french fry and 3 (8pc) chicken nuggets and waited outside for over 40 minutes. I had to call in the building twice just to remind them I am waiting for my order. As I'm waiting for my order, I noticed employees leaving to go home with bags of food. It was during my lunch break, so I didn't have a lot of time nor any other options. I been to this one before, I just didn't think it was going to be that bad but it's always a long wait, most of the nightshift employees do not have good manners, they always out of stuff, and it feels like you're being a bother when all you want is the food you ordered. It's supposed to always be a company's policy to always put customers first. I don't know who runs this establishment but it is a poor excuse for a fast-food restaurant. Waste of space!

The WORST BK IN THE CITY!! first the manager had me wait at the first window so that I wasn't sitting on the timer...then after 7 minutes of sitting there....he tells me to pull forward...I get my order and it's NOT EVEN FRESH!! THE HASH BROWNS WERE COLD AND THE SANDWICHES WERE WARM AT BEST!! OH DID I MENTION THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY OH OR COKE PRODUCTS?? 😡😡😡YEA THE WORST ONE....ID RATHER GO TO GETTYSBURG BK!!

I have no idea how this Burger King is still in business! On the plus side I love the food at Burger King, sadly this is the location closest to me so I have tried now 4 times to order food hoping the previous visits were just a "bad day". Every time I've gone I get a please hold greeting at the drive-thru with an average wait of 3-4 minutes before they come back to respond we are out of this and this and this. The one time I did place an order they gave me the wrong order all together which was confusing as I was the only customer. When I went in I got nothing but attitude, no apologies and just demanded my money back which took the better part of 10 minutes. This location is now a running joke with me and my friends as I mentioned it once and everyone in the group immediately asked if it was the Keowee Street location. This location needs to be closed and would be with a quickness if management paid attention to these comments or the franchise owner bothered to do a secret shopper visit. 100% fail.

We were there before people they took their order first and didn't even get us so we just left we sat there for 20 minutes if you don't want to work in fast food get a different job...

Seems EVERYTIME I go hear there's always something wrong. The employees are not the friendliest, and the service is not good. I don't recommend this restaurant to anybody. It's a shame I have to drive 15 minutes across town to go to the other Burger King. Not happy with this restaurant, or the employees. This is not just a time or two that this has happened, it's EVERYTIME I go there. I won't be going to that one again. 👎👎

Unfortunately this location was out of just about 1/2 the ingredients to about every sandwich on the menu. The only good thing was the cashier at the drive thru. Even though he was having one of the worst days at work ever, he maintained a smile and a friendly attitude.
