Service was okay! Got my order taken and correct food. What is it with fast food places not giving a receipt when you use a debit/credit/bank card, credit card or another form of plastic. I don't know about you but I like a receipt when using my visa bank card. Never know when you need that information. Work on that. No matter how busy you are you can give a receipt.

Yes I can confirm, super stingy with their fries at this location!!! And they even refuse to top up. Go to the location on LaVista and 285, never had any problems there.

I go to Checkers because I like their fries and mozzarella sticks. So I order fry lovers fries. But they don't fill the cup with fries - it was probably 80% full. And they did not put the marinara dip that should come with the mozzarella sticks in the bag.
Very disappointing.

TERRIBLE. On my most recent Door Dash 4/4, a little after 11pm, order they completely left out 2 items, the sundae and the desert fries. Just gone. Not there at all. How do you screw that up? The other items were packaged terribly. Don't order from this location.

Worst fast food drive thru experience ever.
First, I had to wait about half an hour even though there were only 2 cars in front of me. Seemed like they had a crew of at least 4 people working.
Second, they got my order way wrong: they gave me 2 burgers with mayo, a small fries, and a 3 piece chicken tenders with the wrong sauce --- when I had ordered 2 cheeseburgers and an 8 piece tenders.
Finally, they didn't give me a receipt. I won't be going back there when I'm looking for late night food.
Edit: I did call the number I was supposed to and explained what happened. They said the manager or someone would call me back - no one ever did.
Greedy incompetent franchise.

Went once and they forgot to give two orders of fries. Went a second time and continues to forget items. Drive thru employee asked for a tip for good customer service?? Fries aren’t fully filled and funnel cake fries were soggy and bitter. Can’t say I’ll come to this location again.

I was hungry and wanted a snack today so I stopped by tje drive-thru a little before 530pm. The girl had us waiting just to serve me a warm burger with cold bread? With no napkins and ketchup? All while txting away in the drive-thru bc we interrupted…definitely dont recommend - so unprofessional and poorly prepared food

Food was decent, with the fries being the star. But no one was masked, and the customer service was lacking. I would recommend going next door to the chick-fil-a for better quality all around... Except the fries. Those were great.
