Sonic Drive-in

So i ordered a bacon cheeseburger toaster and a pretzel with chz! I said no onion on the burger. Then he asked if i wanted the onion ring & i specifically said ,"yes, i definitely want the onion ring , just no chopped onions". I got my order fast, but with no cheese for pretzel, because they're out, but they failed to tell me that when i ordered, otherwise i wouldn't have ordered it!!!! Then i go to eat my sandwich, which is cold, & no onion ring! I push the button & ask politely for an onion ring for my sandwich & this is what was brought!!! Should've been 2 since it doesn't compare to the size of my burger 😒

This sonic is bad. Don't go here. Took them 10-15 minutes to complete my 1 drink. (RT 44 coke with a lemon wedge.) And it wasn't busy. There were 2 other cars there. I asked for light ice thru the app, did not get that either. And please keep in mind there have been more instances of bad service, I simply gave them the benefit of the doubt. They are struggling to fill orders correctly and to rectify them when you correct them. And when you do correct them many of the workers aren't kind to you. I have experienced that multiple times as well. Go somewhere else, you'll be better off for it.

So this is the second time I've not gotten my order at all. The first time I waited 20 minutes for a large ice water that never came, and then my mother and I waited over 10 minutes for 2 chicken slinger combos that never came. Neither time has the restaurant been exceptionally busy. I know there have been food and labor shortages, but this is a bit ridiculous. I really hope their customer service improves for future customers.

This location was great I had an issue with some kids hanging out bouncing around a basketball which hit our vehicle. The management quickly resolved the issue. I will never return to the 6th Ave. Location as it was unclean and the staff was completely rude as I am hard of hearing and the employee taking my order screams at me and said I don't have to yell. But he asked me to speak up. Going forward I will only visit the Danville road location.

Today I visited Sonic drive through and was highly irritated. First, I sat there 15 minutes without someone saying anything. As soon as a car pulls up beside me, I pushed the button again and wait. And after all that, my double bacon quarter pounder cheeseburger was cold; the cheese wasn't even melted. I ordered a large tater tot and they were also cold before I left the parking lot. The only things warm, were the corn dogs. This was my favorite spot.😢

I recently came here with my husband. There was a heavyset woman standing next to a red truck (a manager because she’s been there for a very long time) and a very tall boy standing next to her and they were both smoking marijuana! The smell was strong! I pressed the button and the woman hit her headset and my light stopped blinking. So I pressed again and waited for at least 5 minutes. My order took a long time to come out and when it did the boy that bring it out had an attitude. I’ve never in all my years felt so disrespected and disgusted. I understand work is stressful but at least have the decency to smoke before you come. If you don’t want to do your job and serve find another job. I called the store and received there names later that night: the guy carhop on shift was Mica and the managers name was kristy. And the cooks on duty was Juan and trey. If I could rate my experience I would give 0 stars
