Mrs. Fields Cookies

I ordered a cookie and cream shake and they gave me cookies 🍪 cream with milk 🥛 I was suppose to get cookies and cream with ice cream !! Normally when you get cookies and cream they are Oreo cookies crushed up with ice cream and whip cream! They gave me two chocolate chip cookies mixed it up with milk and put some whip cream on top. I will tell you that that shit was water down . I love their cookies 🍪 but their shakes are awful ☹️

I always get cookies for my babies when i go to the mall, today i wanted to buy some for my baby and when my baby went up to the window and pointed at which cookie she wanted and touched the glass. The women working there got mad and said i just clean it no get back. I will no longer get cookies from this place again.

I always found most of the employees at this location to be very unfriendly, rude, and short- tempered. Now, as far the the products go, the cookies and brownies with frosting on them are very dry!....Almost inedible. When I asked them how long they had been sitting out they replied: "from last night". That's impossible!!! Tasted more like they had been baked 4-5 days before. It's terrible that you pay good money for these products and you don't get good quality baked goods. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Find another location if you really love their products.

The worst experience. I never write reviews but just had to say something. I just left store . The young lady there did not even acknowledge me. I went to get coffee and cookies, and to get price for giant cookie for my daughter's birthday. Not only was I ignored, but she acknowledged a white patron that came up as I was leaving. Felt very offended. I will be calling management today. And will never do business there. I will be sharing this experience. Wow. Racism alive and well. By the way I work two jobs in retail.
