So fresh and delicious! After discovering this place we had it twice in one week! So far we have tried the spring rolls, sweet potato sushi roll, pad Thai, and the pies. Every single item was 10/10! Best Asian food in the sawmill area.

While it's relatively easy to find good sushi, finding truly excellent sushi is a diamond in the rough. Blue Ginger fits that bill wonderfully. They do both nigiri and Maki, raw and cooked sushi with equal proficiency.

Excellent food, great service. Can't wait till we can sit at the Sushi bar to eat again..... That way you can eat while you watch them make all the rolls you didn't order and put them on your list for next time!! In the mean time, take out is great.
