Did not fill my venti cup, did the same thing to the car in front of me. If I wanted less, I would’ve ordered a smaller size. Starbucks is too expensive to not get a full cup. These are pics before and after the whip cream melted. Extremely disappointed.

My most visit starbuck shop in this area but after the pandemic maybe lack of manpower so they open very limited. This shop closes for dine in very often and you need to queue a very long line for a cup of cappuccino

This Starbucks seems to have stepped up it's game which I'm glad to see. Everything was in stock this time and my hot coffee was filled up. Last time I came I only got 3/4 cup of coffee and the cup looked like it had been pulled out of the garbage. This time was much better and the baristas were pleasant and attentive.

This is the best Starbucks ever! I won't go to any other Starbucks. This batistas take the time to learn your name and what you're favorites. So by the time you get to the counter they already know what you want! Oh shift managers and managers are the best too! The coffee is also the best!

Mobile ordering is turned off entirely too often for this store. In addition, the baristas vary widely in either skill level or how much they care. There is one barista that always says good morning in nose my name and the drinks are always ready when you walk in the door. Another barista works very slowly, has to remake drinks and frequently have to wait several minutes for a drink to be made even though I always place my order at exactly the same point in my commute. Typically problems like this come from the top down. It's usually a management issue.

I love Starbucks, i get it daily. Never disappointed everything tuns smoothly and quickly. Sometimes it’s a hit or miss but other than that it’s GREAT!

I normally don't give one Stars. I would have to say this was the first time I went to Starbucks and the server was rude. No smile, know how you're doing. She almost had an attitude that I was in the store. No I'm not saying it's a race thing but she was just Moody.

It was a line with no long wait! Batista was new at the window and was doing a good job! Pulling up to speaker box. The back was very trashy and the doors for dumpster was open to see the mess also.
